'Tell us a little (or a lot) about yourself.' That's what LJ tells me. I'll opt for a lot, then.

My nickname is Nika. My actual name is Katie, but that's nothing you should worry about. I'm fifteen years old whih means that I can't drink, drive, get a tattoo or a piercing without my parents' consent, and also that I am not allowed to vote. Minority is such a great thing, is it not? (Be very afraid of the Sarcasm with capital S.)

I live in Holland, in a very tiny town by the sea, without a cinema or a theatre. (The close proximity to the water is really the only decent thing about this location.) I have too many interests to list below, mostly deviant things that the world doesn't need to know. But meh. You've gotten this far, might as well bore you some more.

I love rain, panthers, stars, asian food, sitting on the porch or on the top of the stairs, walking around the tips of my toes, the sound of icecubes in my water, milk, clouds, and the spring. I like open windows early in the morning, the smell of freshly mowed lawn, coffee and seashells. I'm pretty indifferent about homework, mediterranean fruits and paper towels, and I hate abuse of any kind, sleeping in, clouded nights and gum wrappers. My adoration of raspberries is unrivaled. I'm mentally deranged, surely.

I own a laptop, a cat and a dog, a need to be creative and a very cute boyfriend. And around 52 notebooks full of blah. I like learning and I like languages (I speak Dutch, English, French and German, and a bit of Spanish). I like culture, good grammar (fear the grammar whore) and the ocean.

There is a big chance of loads of fic-rants filling the pages of my journal, accompanied with the occasional fanfic or real-life horror. The queen of teenage angst reporting for duty. But not really, of course.

And that's all that need be said.
